Meet Deborah
Principal | Lead Strategist
Principal and Lead Strategist Deborah Campbell launched DC&A in 2004, bridging three careers as an award-winning television news journalist, transformative nonprofit executive, and successful business owner.

Deborah's life journey is rich in diversity of places, spaces and experiences. Born in Panama and raised in Spain and Northern California, she graduated a year early from high school to attend Oregon State University and study journalism. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications, and as a graduate student at California State University, Chico her focus was in creative problem solving and modern instructional strategies.

With more than a decade as a television news reporter, anchor and morning show host in Nevada, followed by nonprofit leadership roles in southern Nevada, Deborah credits her life journey as "the best real world experience for authentic and effective strategy consultation."

Deborah is involved in a number of community agencies and is a volunteer advisor for several conservation and social service nonprofits.

For balance, Deborah enjoys long walks, desert sunsets, astronomy, jazz, and time with her daughter and close friends.
